One moment I'll always smile about: at one of my first meetings, I was enthusiastically introducing myself to a very energetic guy, only to realize halfway through the evening that he was the founder of amma. That says a lot about our open and human culture.

For me, it's sitting in a taxi in sunny Barcelona, on my way to my very first client meeting. I remember looking outside at the city and suddenly realizing: I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be.

From hackathons in Barcelona to late-night calls across continents — the energy here is unlike anything else.

When I joined amma five years ago, the company was focused on Russia and the CIS. Today, we run projects across dozens of countries and have built partnerships with Fortune 500 companies. This growth is a team achievement.

The best part of our culture? Everyone genuinely cares — about the product, about users, and about each other.

One of the moments I will remember for years with a smile is the day we decorated virtual Christmas trees and played bingo as a team. True teamwork, unity, and respect.
